You should send one video, Rato (any Rato on your choice), one kick ( any ...), one arm defense technique (any...), one arm offense technique (any...) and Pre Anttawa. Total five videos

dovete mandar un video per Rato (uno a scelta), un calcio (uno a scelta), una tecnica di fiesa di braccia (una a scelta), una tecnica di offesa di braccia (una a scelta) e pre-anattawa. totale cinque video

I misunderstood because "any" is translated in italian as "ogni", that is used commonly with the meaning of "ciascuno",in english "everyone".. In this case is "one of".
