The reactions should be placed minimum top of the the sash line. However if you bring the reaction arm (fist) higher than sash line , it would have more affectives.
Specially, when you make a technique with turning the upper part of body, like Duma defense. You are going to need power to get the best result. So, if you bring the reaction arm higher, you will have more affective on the action arm.
That is why my reaction arms are high, when my upper body is on turning positions on the photos.

Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh and dear friends and Hamrahan, this is not properly a question but something that emerged this morning while I was training and that I wished to share with you and to hear what you think about.

I was trying to find the correct way of doing the technique letting them "flow" through my body, and I realized how deep is the connection between the attitude in life and the character of a person and the way the mumay is done.

If someone is not that much aware of himself, it is difficoult for him to be it also about his feelings, thoughts and body too. Being not that much aware of himself will affect the techniques too, because he (or she) will be hardly aware of his body and of the position in the space of the single part of his body.

If the way of living of a person's life is "rigid" and he/she is hardly adaptive or also if he or she is a nervous character he/she will keep the muscle tense, and this will end up in a move that is not fluid and harmonious.

Now I realize why our dear friend Dr. Jamshid once talking about zen and meditation pointed out that mumayies are dynamic zen, because to do them properly we need to enter that mental status that is called the "flow", when you are not aware of the time and you are completely absorbed by what you are doing and you are perfectly connected to yourself, with the body the mind and the spirit too.

And I realized also the reason why for what I knowYaromeh made Kung Fu To'A with the aim of a development of Humanity (both individual and collective). The link between our self and the way we live our life is really close. If I learn to relax my body and to be aware of myself while I train I will learn to do it also out of the temple or dojo, and what I will learn I will use it in my life too, I will learn to be more aware of myself and I will learn to be more adaptive and relaxed in the situation of my life.

Dear Patricia Thanks for your description of this awareness, I fully agree.
A question dear Ostad Jalilzadeh, we here in Italy as in other countries that I do not know thoroughly the Kung Fu To'a, we train for combat.
The question is this.
There are rules that are based on the growth of the student?
You can have a technical file which describes the ways and the rules of combat in the real Kung fu To'a?
We have wasted too much time behind lies and falsehood, if there are rules that make us grow and make us go to the right direction we are pleased and grateful to have them

Thank you

Dear Fabrizio, of course there are ways to train for combat in To'a.
But before starting to practice, first you should make sure what kind of fighting you are planing to learn or teach to your students.
The reason I am saying is, the law in each country or society is different and we have to follow the rules.
Second, you are responsible for your class and people in it. You have to train yourself and them properly to avoid of any injuries.
So I think you should start with this for now, in the beginning, make the body stronger with the body conditioning. Then start with individual kicking in the air in front each other to make the eyes ready (to not blink when getting hit and see what is going on). After that, you can tell them to start to try to kicking or punching to their body but "not the head" with the limitation by one or two techniques and increase it by getting experience later on.

Thank you for your answer dear Ostad Jalilzadeh,
I think I'm doing what you say and it comforts me.
If I add a question, is it correct that a fight between combatants To'a experts can bring all the shots in a strong way, including the fight took and projections (except the head, because we know that it is the temple of our body considerat )?
Thank you again.
