What don't you like about it?

Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh, I have seen the video.
I think, movements are too fast, there is no harmony. If I try to image myself doing anattawa in this way I think I could never "feel" my body move, and I don't think I would really have the control on what I am doing.
I don't think that a mummay done this way is good to be seen and neither to be done. And to show it also..nobody would understand anything, and probably would begin to train without the reaserch of the precision.
This is why I said I don't like it, it doesn't have sense.It is not useful for teaching and neither in studying. And if do it like this because I need to train in resistance, I would better take a run. If the reason is to search a faster movement, I don't think this should be the right way to do it. But of course it is like my point of view, and I have a lot to learn.

I don't know which Anattawa you are talking about.

I downloaded the file of Ostad Assar. It seems an anattawa. Am I wrong?
