Mostafa Jalilzadeh OFFLINE Administrator Posts: 1806 Karma: 150	Hello Patrizia, In Atado when we make a kia "Eyeeh" it is only to empty the air from our lungs to able to get more fresh air. "Hid" means to make the negativeness away from ourselves.
