Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh, I was thinking about the Gados.
As you said, in Anattawa we have 8 Gados, 2 Kamisema, 4 before Haima, 2 before Vaissa.
-And in Atado?
A Gado you said is before going to double mato to the chest in vertical position and unmodified Rato.
So, also here do I have to count 2 Kamisema, 2 before vertical Matos?
do we have only 4 gados in Atado?
-About Suto, in the last lesson, before hitting double soyato to the head and the head ot the opponent in unmodified Rato, the stance is very alike. So, the passage before going to double soyato technique should also be a Gado, is it like this?
-Another thing. in Suto we start from Kamisemay but then we go with the two hands locked together and the fingers of the right hand over the fingers of the left hands. Is this also a Gado? Is this position the corresponding of Sensesero in Anattawa?
-When in Atado we hit duma to the sash and say "atado", is the same thing as in Anattawa when we take the top of the fists together, the left over the right one,in front of the belly button?
Excuse me for the number of questions.....
