Thank you so much for the answer dear Ostad Jalilzadeh!
So also this is like Kamisema, and it is for taking all the air out of the lungs.

Now that I think of it, you said that every time we see a kamisema stance, it is not a technique but a sign. The fact that we take the heels out don't change the position, that continue to be a kamisema but with the feet more turned inward.
I see also that taking all of the air out while exhaling the Kia is a constant and I see it is very important. Indeed when we are stressed or concentrate we often "forget" to breath, so Kia seems to be to remind us to avoid to go in apnea.

Thank you again dear Ostad Jalilzadeh!

Thank you dear Master Jalilzadeh for your answer.
We could also say that we are now ready to make the form Master?
in the sense that it is like turning on the machine before starting, if you do not start the engine it can not walk.
is it right?

dear Fabrizio , when you are in kamisama and you say Yaroumeh then TO'A your engine start here ( your sprit and your body is ready to do Mumay) . so there no reason to strat again

Thank you dear James,
I thought the "kiai" also served to give a charge of energy to the body and mind before you start the "mummay", in addition to breathing.
I'm sorry.
Now it's all very clear.
thanks again for your answers

Hi my friend your explanation of kia is correct and one of kiay benefice is giving energy and recharge of our mind yes ! with kiay with take concentration and we keep concentration on form , with kiay we stay serious all the long of mumay , with kiay we exhale all co2 and dead aire and then we do a deep inspiration so it give us relaxation and energy , with Kiay we motivate ourselves and mumay become something that have target and so on , but for your question about first mouvement after saying TO'A and comparing with a car for example we can say, it is same as puting first acceleration before motion of car ! I mean start is Kamisama , Yaroumeh , TO'A then puting in first acceleration before mouving is exactly first position of each Mummay ! for Anatawa it can be Sensero , for Atado it can be that position , you mentioned before !

Thank you very much for your thorough explanation, that 'very important to me.
Returning to the explanation,
Now doing kiay, let's remove all oxygen from the lungs depleted, and then we're going to make the first defense (weimaduma) loads of new energy.
I would like to add my thoughts.
There are two ways for me to do things.
One is memorizing (in daily life and at work and even in martial arts, in all).
The second is, trying to understand what we are doing (awareness)
So sometimes I ask questions that may seem stupid (but I think the little details make the difference).

For this I thank you all infinitely
