Dear Hamid, thank you for what you said in answer number #3197.
I have perfectly understood the last part, and I agree. We must understand what we do! This is the big difference with our dear Ostad Jalilzadeh and the so-called Masters ( ONE of the differences, let me add this ).
But I didn't understand what you are saying in the first part. Could you be so kind to explain it, please?
Thank you.
Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh,
thank you for the picture I am adding to make my question, it is wonderfull.
I think to have understood almost all the meanings of the techniques. I'm saying that I "think" to have understood because I realize that under the surface there is a lot more than it can be seen at first sight, so I wouldn't bet on it.
But there is a thing that I don't get.
In the picture at number 9, what am I doing?
I don't think it can be a move to get my arm free from someone who has grasped it. Or maybe not?
If someone is holding me at wrist level I could take my hand back, but would I take it against my other hand?
Could you please explain it?
Thank you.
