Great!! Thank you dear Ostad Jalilzadeh, it sounded strange to me too!Indeed I couldn't get the meaning of all those turning and moving, and yes, as you said I didn't had a clue!
So it is correct as I am doing now after your lessons.
Thank you so much and thank you for the patience again!!

Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh....as always lots of questions explodes in my mind....
You asked "

[quote]Let's say for Sensesero position, why should you move your shoulders? Is it going to do anything? I mean, is it a defence or offence technique? /quote]

I would answer that I find no reasons to move, and that it should be a offence technique.
The application I knew about it was this:

Left hand hit the chest of the opponent, or the nose (this is why I used to do the mistake to take it too high!)
the right hand hit the throat, and it is a lethal technique.

Is this true, or is it false?
If not, what is its use then, I can't image anything else.
Thank you again.

Remember, I wrote and I've said that any movement from kamisema position isn't a technique. When you are at Kamisema stance, what ever you do, it is just a sign, except a couple of them in Samsamaeh.
You wont have resistance to do something with force on that stance. That's why we do techniques from a Rato positions.
Sensesero is a sign of "Body and Mind". For that reason, we call "Yaromeh", when we show it.

TOA techniques based on the three occasions I have written and said. I repeat to you again.
1 - power
2 - the
3 - Reaction of
I do know the basics you as a Toa. Otherwise, explain and describe what you will learn Toa movements.
Just like some of the so-called masters who have no knowledge about it, and the techniques they have learned from the video. Justify and explain the techniques remain the same principle.

Oh, ok! Sorry I totally misunderstood your words!Yes, I remember you told me that but then I thought to have misunderstood.
So when you were asking if it is a offence or defence technique, you meant neither one nor the other, and this is why I don't move, I keep the shoulders still and I start the moves of Sensesero.
It is difficoult to erase some wrong old deep-rooted concept, but this time I really will do it. I really have to do "Tabula rasa"!Not so easy but I can do it.
A sign of "body and mind"? This is really interesting and makes me think.
Please forgive me for having asked once more about the same subject but this time I really got it.

Thank you so much dear Ostad Jalilzadeh!
